New USAT Token from Tether
Hines, who oversaw the Presidential Council of Advisors for Digital Assets, advised Tether in August after a short White House stint. #Tether US will be based in Charlotte under him.
After Hines's appointment, the stablecoin issuer is launching a new token called “USAT,” which will function under the newly enacted GENIUS Act, which intends to regulate the fast-growing stablecoin industry.
