CBD is a measure that shows price ranges where investors acquired their coins and how many they still have. Price zones with a lot of supply might be support or resistance levels since they show where investors choose to buy or sell their assets. According to Glassnode, the price range of $93,000 to $100,000 is working as support for BTC and maintaining the bull market structure of the crypto king intact. But if the price goes below that level, it might start a sell-off. "However, a breakdown below could lead to a bigger correction, especially if people who bought in this area start to give up and add to the selling pressure." Glassnode believes that Bitcoin is "showing signs of diminishing profitability and sluggish on-chain activity" right now.
